Brace yourselves for Brexit – implications for EU business
Given the additional administrative burden and costs as a result of the more complex legal and regulatory framework, which is to be expected after Brexit, European companies need first-hand information on the potential negotiation outcomes in order to prepare for reorganisation as the probability of a restricted access to the British market is quite high.
The European Movement International and its President Eva Maydell, member of the EPP Group in EP and in partnership with the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB) are holding this event with an aim to help European businesses that operate in the Bulgarian market reduce risk related to Brexit.
Michel Barnier, Chief Negotiator for the United Kingdom Exiting the European Union, will give a keynote speech, which will be followed by a panel debate. Following that, the floor will be opened for questions from the audience.
