Luc Martens Board Member

Luc Martens entered politics in 1979 and has worked as director of the training centre of the Flemish Christian Democrats, Deputy Secretary General for the Christian Popular Party (CVP), and Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the Flemish Minister of Education, going on to become mayor of the city of Roeselare from 2005 to 2016. He is currently a councillor in Roeselare and the Vice-President of CEMR, and holds board seats of several different associations and companies. He has a particular focus on urban development, strategic planning, culture, welfare and education.
