ETUC: Festival Luci sul Lavoro
Luci sul Lavoro is an event entirely dedicated to the world of work. The event, through a rich program of debates, workshops, interviews, film screenings, shows, aims to bring the diverse world of work back to the center of attention, the center of the scene, especially in a historical period in which this element has an increasingly pronounced social importance.
Within the event there will be a space for open debates, on topics of pressing topicality, without forgetting a wide discussion on issues related to the world of business and the green economy, with the presentation of particularly interesting case histories. A rich calendar of shows capable of illuminating the evenings of the wonderful Tuscan village will frame the event. During the event, the Massimo D’Antona Degree Award is presented for the best thesis in Labour Law, the announcement of which has been circulated in all Italian universities. There will also be a stand area to allow visitors to the event to dialogue with those who work in the labor market.
The novelty, compared to similar initiatives, is represented by the Festival dei Corti, a creative competition dedicated to non-professional directors and authors. The Festival is divided into two sections: short films and photographs. The winners will be awarded cash prizes during the event.
