Europa Nostra: What future for European Civilisation?
This colloquium concludes two years of research on the seminar Past and Future of European Civilisation, which seeks to contribute to the debate on the future of the European Union and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe by redefining the humanist philosophy of Europe’s founding fathers and formulating ten major proposals for Europe.
Europa Nostra’s Secretary General, Sneska Quaedvlieg-Mihailovic, will contribute to the round table “Time for proposals” with a presentation entitled “For a dialogue between cultural movements in Europe”. She will be joined by Enrico Letta, President of the Jacques Delors Institute, Paris; former Italian Prime Minister (2013 – 2014); Dean of the School of International Affairs of Sciences Po, and Gaëtane Ricard-Nihoul, Deputy Secretary General of the Citizens’ Consultations on Europe will also take part in the round table.
