JEF: Western Balkans Regional Capacity Building
The event is part of a series of capacity building training courses organized by JEF Europe for its sections. This year’s third training is dedicated to strengthening the organizational and collaboration capacities of existing and potential JEF sections in the Western Balkans. The training will take place in Novi Sad between 12-15 December, gathering around 15 JEFers and interested activists coming from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
The specific objectives are:
● Developing the skills of activists to develop and reform the organizational structures of their sections or establish new sections.
● Stimulating the collaboration between existing and potential sections in the region.
● Encouraging existing and potential JEF members to work on their organisational strategies for the development of their sections in the region. The training will be delivered by a facilitator affiliated with JEF and proficient in the use of non-formal education with the aim to create space for continuous participation and tailor the sessions to the needs of participants.
