Activities of the President
I am excited to share with you the first update shedding light into my activities as EMI President.
We are now more than six months through my EMI Presidency – eventful and productive months from which you can find some key highlights in the sections below.
Among others, topics related to the Future of Europe, such as the European perspective for the Western Balkans, Eurozone enlargement, migration and Brexit have dominated my agenda.
During the important upcoming year I hope together we will strive to make EMI a key interlocutor in the bottom-up debate on the European Elections.
Thank you all for your participation and support throughout the past few months. These events – and our Movement as a whole – would not have been successful without your engagement and exchanges we had.
I would be grateful if you used the quietness of the summer to drop me an e-mail sharing your thoughts on where you think my focus in EMI should lie in the coming months.
