No parliamentary meetings are scheduled in Brussels, as the week is set aside for external parliamentary activities. On Monday, Commissioner Hadja Lahbib will represent the EU actions on crisis preparedness as part of the Belgian National Day. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Danish Presidency will host the informal meeting of justice and home affairs ministers.

European Commission and High Representative
On Tuesday, Commissioner Magnus Brunner will attend the informal Justice and Home Affairs Council, in Copenhagen. On the same day, Commissioner Jessika Roswall will give an address to the Assembly of the Republic of Portugal, in Lisbon. On Friday, Commissioner Kostas Kadis will participate at a youth dialogue on the European Ocean Pact, in Larnaca.
