Foreign Affairs Council
EU Foreign Affairs Ministers will discuss the Russian aggression against Ukraine, after an informal exchange of views with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, via videoconference. The Council will then have a discussion on the situation in the Middle East, in light of the recent developments. EU Foreign Affairs Ministers will also touch on digital diplomacy.
