The European Grouping of Societies of Authors and Composers – GESAC

GESAC, the European Grouping of Societies of Authors and Composers, groups 33 of the largest authors’ societies in the European Union, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. As such, it represents more than 1 million rights holders in the areas of music, graphic and plastic arts, literary and dramatic works, audio-visual as well as music publishers. Established in 1990, GESAC’s head office is in Brussels.
