Elias is Vice-President of the European Youth Forum. He joined EMI’s Board in November 2023. He is a human rights activist from France and the former President of the European Union of Jewish Students (EUJS).

The European Movement International employs a professional secretariat that is based in Brussels. The secretariat works on a daily basis to implement the decisions of the Members Council, Federal Assembly and board of the European Movement International, under the direction of the Secretary General.
