Francisco Aldecoa Luzárraga is a university professor who has dedicated his whole life to the study of European integration. He is Professor of International Relations at the UPV-EHU (1988-2000) and UCM (2000-present) as well as Professor Jean Monnet ad personam since 1995. Since June 2018 he has been President of the CFEME. Throughout the more than 45 years of full and exclusive dedication to the public university, he has taught a large part of his subjects in the field of European integration. In addition, he has published several books about the EU.

WHO WE ARE - OUR TEAM
The European Movement International employs a professional secretariat that is based in Brussels. The secretariat works on a daily basis to implement the decisions of the Members Council, Federal Assembly and board of the European Movement International, under the direction of the Secretary General.
