Hervé Moritz is President of the European Movement France. He served as president of Young Europeans – France between 2017 and 2019.

The European Movement International employs a professional secretariat that is based in Brussels. The secretariat works on a daily basis to implement the decisions of the Members Council, Federal Assembly and board of the European Movement International, under the direction of the Secretary General.
