Monica Frassoni is President of European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES). She has been a Board member of the European Movement International (EMI) since 2020. She served as a Member of the European Parliament in 1999-2009 and was co-President of the European Green Party between 2009-2019.

WHO WE ARE - OUR TEAM
The European Movement International employs a professional secretariat that is based in Brussels. The secretariat works on a daily basis to implement the decisions of the Members Council, Federal Assembly and board of the European Movement International, under the direction of the Secretary General.
