The workshop is held as part of the MOSAIC project, designed to encourage discussions and exchange among citizens on the future of the EU and its policies, specifically the MFF.
During this workshop we aim to train the participants to translate complex EU policies into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with citizens and motivate participation.
During the workshop, you will learn how to:
- Communicate EU policies in a clear and relatable way
- Develop engagement strategies and campaigns
- Use storytelling and framing to connect policy to citizens’ daily lives
- Mobilise and reach different target audiences

Giulia Busolin
Public Relations Officer, European Parliament Directorate General for Communication – Multipliers Outreach Unit
Right after graduating with a MSc in Strategic Communication & Public Relations she moved to Brussels, specialising in advocacy and communications from the very heart of Europe. Within the Multipliers Outreach Unit Unit of DG COMM of the European Parliament, she is committed to communicating Europe better together and connecting the institutions to its citizens through their network of civil society partners
Sebastian Rodriguez
Campaign Strategist, Community Building and Digital Outreach Lead at European Movement International
Sebastián is the campaign manager of some of the EMI’s flagship projects that promote European values across the continent. He has experience running pan-European grassroots campaigns and in digital strategy and organising. Before joining the EMI, Sebastián Rodríguez worked as communication advisor at the European Parliament and as a consultant to the largest pro-European campaign groups in the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe.
