Young volunteers from our member organisations were heard last Thursday 14 October by the European Affairs Committee of the National Assembly, in the presence of Antoine Godbert, Vice-President of the European Movement-France.
What are young people’s expectations for a better Europe? This is the question that the European Affairs Committee wanted to answer, taking into account the priorities identified by the representatives of our partner organisations.

Schools develop the European curiosity of our future citizens. This is why trainers play a key role in schools in improving young people’s commitment to and interest in Europe.
According to Antoine Chabal, President of Young Europeans – France, “there is a real challenge in raising awareness of European issues among teachers and educators to ensure that they themselves are able to raise awareness among the young people they accompany on a daily basis.”
