Valeria Ronzitti has been the General Secretary of SGI Europe since 2012, after nine years of experience as a legal advisor, Head of Social Affairs, and Director. She is an active member of the REFIT Platform, where she represents the public services community, advising the Commission on how to make EU regulation more efficient and effective while reducing burden and without undermining policy objectives. She is also a member of the High-level Task Force on Investment in Social Infrastructure. Valeria has background in labour and civil law in Italy.

WHO WE ARE - OUR TEAM
The European Movement International employs a professional secretariat that is based in Brussels. The secretariat works on a daily basis to implement the decisions of the Members Council, Federal Assembly and board of the European Movement International, under the direction of the Secretary General.
