This EU Local Dialogue in Zbytiny, Czechia, led by member Robert Zeman, will address the coexistence between human and wolves. It will gather local stakeholders, experts, and policymakers to exchange views on the impact of wolves and explore balanced, practical solutions at both local and EU level.

2nd Digital Participatory Forum
The CoR will host the 2nd Digital Participatory Forum in Brussels, focusing on how cities and regions can strengthen the EU’s digital resilience and sovereignty. The meeting will bring together stakeholders to discuss key challenges related to digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the role of emerging technologies like AI.

NEREUS General Assembly 2026
The CoR will welcome the NEREUS General Assembly 2026 in Brussels, bringing together regions, universities, and research organisations working with space technologies. The assembly will highlight recent developments in space policy while encouraging collaboration and reinforcing the role of local and regional ecosystems in Europe’s space ambitions.

100 years of Bauhaus Dessau and the New European Bauhaus: local leadership for just transition
This high-level conference in Brussels will commemorate 100 years since the Bauhaus moved to Dessau, linking its legacy to the New European Bauhaus. It will bring together policymakers and stakeholders to explore how cities and regions can drive a just transition through sustainability, inclusion, and innovation.

Business transfer: surfing the wave of the great transition
The CoR will host an event in Brussels, organised with Eurochambres, focusing on the growing challenge of business transfers across Europe. The session will gather policymakers, business representatives, and entrepreneurs to explore how to support succession processes, protect jobs, and ensure the continuity of small businesses.

Informal meeting of Tourism ministers
The Cypriot EU Presidency is hosting an informal meeting of Tourism ministers in Lefkosia, Cyprus. The gathering will provide ministers with an opportunity to exchange views on key challenges in the tourism sector and to coordinate on future priorities. Discussions will focus on the forthcoming European Sustainable Tourism Strategy and on strengthening SMEs through resilience, digitalisation, and the green transition.
