TALKING EUROPE: Conversations With The European Commission

In cooperation with the European Commission, the event series entitled ‘Talking Europe’ aim to foster debate on the European Union’s work and its effect on the everyday lives of citizens, involving stakeholders from civil society, political institutions and the wider European community. Live-streamed on our platform, this one-hour discussions bring first-hand insight from the policy and decision-makers, high-level EC officials, to the citizens and stakeholders, enabling their knowledge sharing. 

Goals 

1. Fostering key European debates on the EU’s work and its affect on the everyday lives of citizens 

2. Enabling civil society and the wider European community to engage with EU decision-makers 

Results 

Previous events from this series featured, Dubravka Šuica, Commission Vice-President for Democracy and Demography, Pia Ahrenkilde Hansen, Director General of the Commission’s DG Communications, and Stefano Sannino, Secretary General of the EEAS, among others.
