The European Movement International has put in a place a regranting scheme to support our National Council’s effort to mark ‘Europe Day’ and celebrate the EU’s positive achievements together with citizens and stakeholders at the local and national levels.

Our objective is to inform people across Europe of the important debates of our time and how they can play a role in shaping a common EU response to the challenges we face.

In the case of the 2024 iteration, our focus is to increase citizens’ engagement in European democracy ahead of the European Parliament elections.

The resources used to support our National Councils come from the operating grant the European Commission has awarded to the European Movement International in the context of the EU funded CERV programme, and the regranting process is governed by the rules mandated by the European Commission.
